- We aim to dispatch your runners within 24 hours of recieving your order. Your runners should arrive in approx 10 days.

- You pay with Paypal. Paypal is the internets leading payments processor and is owned and operated by eBay. When you select 'order now' you are taken to the high security payments page on the Paypal website. Paypal allows you to pay without being a member - just look for the link on the page which allows you to enter your credit or debit card details. Once finished on paypal you are returned to RunnerRevolution.com where you will recieve Confirmation along with an order number.
- What is a wishlist?
- You can identify items you would like for a future purchase. When you view details of a pair of runners on our site, you can select "Add to my Wishlist".
You must be logged into to create and add items to your wish list.
You can easily checkout items saved on your wishlist and you can share your list with someone else via email.
Please note that the price of an item is determined at the time of purchase.
Adding an item to your Wishlist does not guarantee that it will be in stock at a later date.

RunnerRevolution.com offers one of the easiest return policies on the web.
If we send you the wrong runners or the incorrect sizes then just return your unworn purchase within 30 days for exchange or refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do everything we can to keep prices as low as possible. Therefore we cannot offer refunds/replacements on runners that were shipped correctly matching the order. If you are unsure of sizes please send us a quick message along with your order specifying your exact UK or US size to avoid disappointment.
Customers can track their shipment online and are advised to wait 28 days before reporting the order as lost or missing. - How are we so cheap??
- We have the best prices on the web because we keep our running costs to absolute minimum.
We dont pay rent on high street stores, we don't sponsor celebrities or sporting events and we spend next to nothing on advertising.
The savings we pass on to you: we make less than 4euros on each pair of runners that we sell.
